Nico Hain founded Sein+Hain Film as an independent production company based in southwest of Germany. The company produces features and documentaries for the international market. Together with his five-year production experience for his other company Noirfilm, he has been responsible as producer for movies like „The Path to the Past”, „Neukölln Unlimited” or „The Ambulance” for example. He has worked together with co-producers from Serbia, Greece, France, Switzerland or Brazil.

Productions of Nico Hain were screened on several International Film Festivals and received various awards, like the „Crystal Bear“ at the Berlinale 2010 or the „Audience Award“ at the Moscow International Film Festival in 2015.

One of the last feature movies „Enclave“ was selected as Serbia's nomination for best foreign-language Oscar® in 2016. The documentary feature „The Other Fields“ had its world premiere in International Competition at Vision du Reel - Nyon in 2017.
